Our current Visionary in Residence is Ms. Cathy Hughes, Founder and Chairwoman of Urban One, one of the largest Black-owned media companies in the country. A pioneering entrepreneur and media executive, she built the company from a single radio station into a multimedia enterprise spanning radio, television and digital media.

Collaborative members have dedicated time with Ms. Hughes to share what they're building, talk through the opportunities and challenges in front of them, and receive her perspective, advice, guidance, and direction.
